Can’t say enough positive about my experience with Nick and Tom at Next e-bikes. I had some issues come up with my Velotric recently and had a very positive customer service experience with Velotric directly as that is how I purchased my Discover 1. I’d asked for a recommendation of a local retailer who might possibly work on my bike. Velotric recommended Next e-bikes as an option nearby. I had a limited window in which I needed repairs completed and they were very accommodating and completed my repairs before the time we’d agreed on. Additionally, they were great about showing me some of the newer models that have been released since my bike but made no attempts to talk me out of my bike and said that I probably had a lot more use with the bike I have. I will definitely purchase any future bike/s from Nick and Tom! Again, it’s so refreshing to receive great customer service anymore and I’d highly recommend visiting their shop and checking out Velotric for your next bike purchase - can’t say enough about how Velotric handled my needs outside of warranty - sent replacement module - no charge.

I brought my bike here to Next E-bikes a couple of times now and have been super happy with the service! The owner and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the bike is safe and all items are addressed, repaired, and in working order. I am officially an e-bike owner and it’s all thanks to Nick and Tom at Next E-Bikes! I originally came in to get my standard bike tuned up, and even though it’s not electric, they took it in and did the work! They went as far as loaning me an e-bike so I could still get to work since it would be a few days to be tuned. They told me once I try it I wouldn’t want to go back, and they were right! I was already hooked, and when I came back to do some test rides, I found my perfect bike on the first go! These guys are very kind and know their stuff. They always offer us water and do everything they can. They installed my mirror, basket holder, and basket in no time! I’m already a happy customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
