I was moving across the country and needed help packaging my bike battery. I couldn’t find any place that would do it until I reached out to this bike shop. The guy working there (didn’t get his name but I’m guessing he was the owner) was extremely helpful and packed my battery for me free of charge! Saved me a huge headache and he clearly knew his stuff. If I was staying in IL I wouldn’t go to another bike shop ever again.

Amazing Service and Immediate Kinship! Had a flat on my fat tire 4 miles into the first ride after the recent thaw. So disappointing BUT Next E-Bikes saved the day. Nick was busy but agreed to have us bring the bike over and he would fix it straight away. He took the bike downstairs and said to go have lunch and he'd be finished in about 20 minutes! We never left for lunch because we had such a wonderful and informative conversation with Tom- the other "half" of this fantastic team. Both Nick and Tom were as enthusiastic about E-Bike riding as we are and are involved in advocating for safe and sane E-Bike regulations. Paid a fair price for the tube replacement but Nick gave more. Went over the bike and tightened and greased and then came outside to my husband's bike on the rack and did the same inspection and service at no extra charge. So thrilled we found this store. Took the sting out of a ride cut too short for sure!

They have lots of E-Bikes of every variety in stock and you don't have to worry about support after purchase-which is difficult with some imported bikes because shops don't want to work on them. So thrilled we found this store. Took the sting out of a ride cut too short for sure!
